I led creative work for branding and promoting the launch of a new practice for Novartis Pharmaceuticals – cross-culture marketing initiative, CCM – a first in the pharma world – with a strategy of crafting tailored messages for targeted niche markets in the US, based on a cultural background and/or faith groups, starting with one of their leading drugs – DIOVAN®. Following this success, I’ve also pitched and won two additional campaigns for two more drugs – EXFORGE® and MENVEO® – with total billings growing from US$ 5 million to US$ 15 million, and expected to grow even more this year by expanding the model into more cross-cultural markets.
